Tractor-trailer rolls over at bridge staging area

Emergency crews were kept busy Wednesday afternoon after a tractor-trailer rolled over on the Fort Erie, Ont., side of the Peace Bridge, and two men canoeing in the Niagara River capsized a short distance off the Rich Marina on the U.S. side.
